What happens when I exceed my monthly credits?

If you exceed your included credits, you'll be charged an overage fee based on your plan's rate. You can also purchase additional credit bundles at any time. We'll notify you before you reach your limit so you can upgrade if needed.

Do unused credits roll over?

Subscription credits do not roll over from month to month. Your allocation resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, purchased credit bundles remain valid until their expiration date.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
